These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Hamilton New York Taxi's website and booking services. By using our website or booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Hamilton New York Taxi provides transportation services throughout the Fayetteville Manlius, Cazenovia Hamilton, New York area, including Hamilton, Syracuse, Oneonta, Earlville, Morrisville, Norwich, and surrounding areas. We offer point-to-point rides, airport transfers, and event transportation. All rides are subject to availability and driver assignment.
When you book a ride through our website or AI assistant, you will receive a confirmation number (HNT-XXXXXX). This confirmation serves as proof of your reservation. Please keep your confirmation number for reference if you need to update or cancel your booking.
Booking requests are processed in real time. A confirmed booking means a ride has been scheduled for the date, time, and locations you provided. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for airport trips to ensure availability.
Fares are based on distance, time, and number of passengers. Prices are quoted at the time of booking and may be subject to change based on traffic conditions, route changes, or additional stops requested by the passenger. Payment is collected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
We accept cash and major credit cards. A receipt will be provided upon request.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking due to weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you and arrange alternative transportation.

For airport trips, we recommend scheduling your pickup at least 2 hours before domestic flight departures and 3 hours before international flight departures. We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other delays beyond our control. Flight information you provide is used solely to suggest appropriate pickup times and is not independently verified.

Our website features an AI-powered booking assistant to help you schedule rides. The AI assistant uses OpenAI's API to process messages and extract booking details. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally misinterpret information. You are responsible for verifying that all booking details (pickup location, dropoff location, date, and time) are correct before confirming your reservation.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not use our website to transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of the site.
